I really keep meaning to get back on schedule, but it is hard to do once you have slipped off…

The last week was spent revising my Steampunk romance so I could get it out to my beta readers. Now I am on pins and needles waiting for the feedback to come back. I really hope it is as much fun to read as it was to write.

I’ve started researching the sequel, which will be my NaNoWriMo project this year. It will be set involving the 1876 Centennial Exhibition in Philadelphia, and reading about the fair is fascinating.

We got a new TV the other day — 55″ flat screen. It’s like a theater in your own home. And has prompted Newell to ask Time Warner for a DVR at last. This could be interesting.

Plan on working in my office some more tomorrow, trying to get it totally usable for November. I am already going to be hampered the first two weeks trying to get ready for the Showdown AND get my words in–at least it should be easy to work. So that is my goal for tomorrow. Aside from going and getting the DVR and watching more Kung Fu
