So, the doctor went well. Looks like the last tweak to the thyroid meds was the right way to go. Still need more Vitamin D, but I’ll work on that.

Re-read the fairy tale I am going to work with today. I continue to think it has potential to be a perfect little paranormal tale.

My husband told me Wednesday that he bought me an Amazon Gift Card for my birthday, and I have been waiting for the notice. Duh! When he went on to Amazon to check on it, he had had it delivered to an email address I seldom check, so it’s been sitting there for days. *blush*. But on the good side, I have $100 to spend on Amazon…the possibilities boggle the mind. 🙂

We went to Kerbey Lane for dinner, and they have a version of Tacos al Pastor on their summer menu. I’m not big for tacos, so I had them hold the tortillas and the rice and beans that come with it and put it on the optional side salad instead. Yum! I think I invented something cool. (Newell helped.) It was delicious. And I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Looking forward to doing nothing I don’t want to tomorrow. Maybe writing a bit. And then Sunday is the family birthday party. It’ll be a nice weekend. Maybe I’ll finally play with the fans I ordered months ago to be crafty with. 🙂

UPDATE: I figured out one thing to do with my gift card and pre-ordered the first season DvDs of Once Upon a Time. Can’t wait to see the whole thing together when you can pause and go back and so forth. 🙂
