7/11/12

Didn’t get to sleep in as late as I wanted due to a phone call, and then had to go run some errands, but I did get taken to Threadgill’s for a nice lunch. The rest of the day has been mostly watching The Mentalist, reading Chinese Fairy Tales for inspiration and taking a wee nap.

My second short of the month did release over at Mocha Memoirs today. Of course, between yesterday and today, the site where they had their main shopping cart decided to shut down, so it is currently only over at Barnes and Noble…but there are several of my other books up there too.

Tomorrow it is really back to work. I need to wash dishes desperately!

    • That’s okay, sweetie. I don’t even HAVE a Nook. I really should get one so I can show people on both readers…yeah, that’s the reason… 😉

I actually don’t like it at all. I can’t get past turning a book off and on. It just doesn’t feel right to me.

      • I adore my Kindle. Carrying around almost 2000 pieces of literature (some are shorts) would REALLY do in my back without it. 😉

true, and i actually found some authors i never would have found otherwise…. maybe i’ll give it another shot now that i’m more familiar with the format (have an android now…my new toy LOL)

      • I read a lot on my phone too. Especially did while my mom borrowed my Kindle for a couple of months. I’m addicted!
