About to go start the day’s push. Just made myself a BLT for breakfast to get some energy stored. 😉 Thing is that the only tomatoes I have in the house are cherry grapes for the Gazpacho I still haven’t made up. It made for an…interesting sandwich having little half tomatoes sliding about. But DAMN it was tasty!
Lots of work to do today. Probably won’t pop on much, though I am sure breaks will be necessary along the way. Hopefully none of the stuff in the boxes will be with us on Monday. I expect that anything not sold will be on its way to Goodwill to let them sort it out…. Newell — who never leaves the house on a Saturday for anything — is threatening to abandon ship tomorrow. 😛
UPDATE ONE: Drained, exhausted…wiped out! And there are still rooms I could go through… But look! More than I’ve ever had boxed up for a Garage Sale, I think…
Stickers at the ready — First batch of items
Second batch of stuff… More!
And there are a couple of boxes sitting on other surfaces. Going to take a break now. This has been a LOT of lifting and toting so far. But I still have to clean out the truck for sure if I am going to put it in the sale.
UPDATE TWO: Never did get the truck cleaned out. I think that means that psychologically I am not ready to let her go. However, she will be parked on the street tomorrow, and if someone happens to make an adequate offer, we shall see…
Walked up to Kerbey Lane for dinner — I seem to have best exercise results when I am walking to or from a meal…and got some cash for change while I was in the neighborhood. As ready as I will ever be for the morning. Now I have to unwind enough to get some sleep. It will be a long day…
