Today I plan on doing laundry and possibly dishes, even though it is the “weekend”, because I have been slacking so badly it is necessary.
Now that I have my new phone, I can do one of the calorie trackers that you can update easily, so I started that Thursday. They gave me a goal of 1250 calories a day, and I have managed it so far — big deal, two days…lol — though it is not easy. Amazing how quickly they add up! But, on the other hand — at the doctor the other day my weight was under 190 for the first time in WAY TOO LONG…and on my home scale, I am sometimes flirting with under 180. That’s incentive baby!

I’ve been ignoring it for far too long. I am at least 50 pounds over what I would like to be, so this is a long term goal. 🙂
