I am determined to do better today.
Rolled for a chore, and I get thirty minutes in the Garage. It might be good to go back to focusing on what the dice say for today. I think I will take that roll.
Here is one of the things that distracted me this morning — The Great Squirrel Hunt of ‘012 going on in the backyard… How can one work with fascinating things like that going on all around you?
But, I have Audible on my phone now, and the first segment of The Stand
to help me work. 🙂 Plus it is raining, so there isn’t a lot of outside to do — but the door open working in the garage should be quite pleasant.
UPDATE ONE: Well, it took me longer than I originally planned, what with one thing or another, but I did put in 30 minutes in the garage. Now, let’s see what is next…
1 hour 15 in the Master Bath. There is probably enough yo do. We’ll give it a shot.
UPDATE TWO: Made it about 30 minutes. But I did make headway on the shower floor. Think I will go wash dishes, that is always soothing…and I can watch Downton Abbey while I do… Still did better than the rest of the week.
UPDATE THREE: Another 30 minutes or so in the kitchen catching up on the dishes. That made an hour and a half today, and that’s more than I’ve done in a few days at least. Tiny steps still can move you forward…
