Day 51 (Month 2-20)

Home at last. Have paid some bills since I got here — that’s part of cleaning and sorting too, after all. There are fewer dishes than I feared in the sink, so I will try to get them done tonight. Right this minute, still in decompression mode.

And I had an idea for a filksong on the way home that I need to get written down before I forget it. 🙂

UPDATE ONE: I’ve been cleaning up my Kindle…does that count? When I got the new one, it still remembers most of the books, but not what collections they used to be in. I’ve got almost a thousand books to sort through and file away so they are easier to find. And I am trying to get some things off so there is room to download the Audible book of The Stand, but that may be a lost cause…

UPDATE TWO: Never did get more done today. Sorry. I accidentally took a nap, and by the time I got moving again, it was time for Newell to get home, so we watched TV and played magnets together for the rest of the evening. Have much to do tomorrow, so I will have to get back in the saddle.

  1. wynwords says:

Just remember— you have to write too! And as a Nook owner, I can tell you— cleaning up your reading device counts too! It’s all part of the organizational process.

  2. I’m down to 90 pages of books not in collections. I think I took out 8 pages yesterday…lol. And many of those non-categorized do have collections to fit in, I just have to do it.

But I do hope to get some writing done soon too.
